A woman was arrested and charged with OVI after a police dash camera caught her driving the wrong way down a Forest Park road.
Green Hills Sgt. Tim Lukes spotted the driver, Brenda Hall, driving on the wrong side of Waycross Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Lukes radioed Forest Park police to let them know the driver was headed their way.
The video shows Hall nearly hit an oncoming vehicle as police follow behind.
While this wrong-way incident did not result in a crash, the Ohio Department of Transportation says Hamilton County saw the highest amount wrong-way crashes in the state last year.
In 2016, 18 wrong way crashes state-wide resulted in fatalities.
Police said they gave Hall three chances to pass a sobriety test and she failed. They also said she blew a.225, when the legal limit is .08
The state is working on more signage on roadways to help prevent wrong way driving.
