FOREST PARK, OH (FOX19) - A woman was arrested and charged with OVI after a police dash camera caught her driving the wrong way down a Forest Park road.
Green Hills Sgt. Tim Lukes spotted the driver, Brenda Hall, driving on the wrong side of Waycross Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Lukes radioed Forest Park police to let them know the driver was headed their way.

While this wrong-way incident did not result in a crash, the Ohio Department of Transportation says Hamilton County saw the highest amount wrong-way crashes in the state last year.
In 2016, 18 wrong way crashes state-wide resulted in fatalities.
Police said they gave Hall three chances to pass a sobriety test and she failed. They also said she blew a.225, when the legal limit is .08
