BB Gun Victim Dies

A young boy from Whitewater Township has been determined brain dead after two days on life support. Gary Ingram's family agreed to donate his organs. The 12 year old and two others were playing with BB guns in woods near his parents home Tuesday afternoon when he was accidentally shot in his right eye. The boy's family and doctor's at Cincinnati Children's Hospital call it bad luck but still, they say, it was a preventable injury. BB's can travel more than 200 miles an hour when fired from an air gun. A fund for medical expenses has been set up for Gary at Cincinnati's Kemba Credit Union on West 8th Street.
