Solar eclipse traffic congestion continues to stall drivers on 75

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Many drivers continue to sit in traffic on I-75 after traveling to see the total Solar Eclipse on Monday.

Some drivers who went to Bowling Green, KY, said a normal four hour drive took nearly seven hours to get back to the Tri-State. 

This was the timeline of the eclipse here in the Tri-State:

1 p.m. – partial eclipse begins

2:29 p.m. – Maximum eclipse – 91% of the Sun blocked.

3:52 p.m. – Partial eclipse ends
