5-6 Pork Chops
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Seasoning Salt to taste
Black Pepper
2 Packs of Saltine Crackers
1/4 cupVeggie oil
In a frying pan heat (medium heat) veggie oil. Place crackers on counter and with a rolling pin crunch crackers down to about 1/4 inch pieces. In a bowl mix eggs and milk together. Take a pork chop and place in egg and milk mixture then place in the crackers and cover well. Place into hot oil and season with salt and pepper, cook till golden brown. Flip, and repeat process.
