Two people are facing charges after Hamilton County deputies say they found them in a car with syringes and unrestrained children in the back seat.
The charges stem from an Oct. 30 incident.
Deputies said Michael Ross, 28, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs. They said he was unable to respond to deputy commands, such as placing the car in park.
Deputies said the passenger, Patricia Robinson, 28, was unresponsive and had a syringe in her lap.
They said the children in the back seat -- who weren't in booster seats or buckled in -- were trying to wake up the passenger.
Ross faces an OVI charge as a result of the incident. Both adults face charges of child endangering and possessing drug abuse instruments.
Robinson has been previously convicted of child neglect.
