Recipe from Kim Pittman of Georgia
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (brand of choice)
Boil butter, sugar and milk for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chips. Beat until consistent with your preference for texture (should be smooth). Best to spread while still warm.
