A crash involving a semi tractor-trailer is slowing traffic on westbound Interstate 74 in southeastern Indiana Thursday morning.
The highway was closed for about 15 minutes before one lane opened by 8:10 a.m., according to Ripley County dispatchers.
A semi ran off the road into the median, an Indiana State Police spokesman said in a tweet.
Ripley-Excellent work by the tow company that responded to the 156 mm. The truck was quickly pulled out of the median so the traffic lane could be open again. The roadway through the zone may be slick for awhile due to mud in the open lane of travel.— Sgt. Stephen Wheeles (@ISPVersailles) November 9, 2017
