But before you buy any new devices this Christmas, can you recall any mobile device, laptop, computer or anything you own, which uses a lithium-ion battery to run it?

If you mad a purchase between 2001 to 2011, it could mean money in your pocket. A number of lawsuits allege the top makers of those batteries schemed to raise and fix prices.

The $45 million in payouts will be calculated by how many people file claims. You have until Nov. 29 to apply. Click here for more details.

If you landed a parking violation in your Hertz rental,  you're responsible for paying that of course, but according to the Top Class Actions website a claim filed this past Summer alleges Hertz tacked on administrative and handling costs along with a ticket a customer got.

Customers can file for a chunk of the $2 million settlement and the deadline is Nov. 30. Click here for more details.

Many families are using a popular DNA kit. If you've tried 23andMe, you could get up to $40 dollars back if you qualify. This affects people who used the service from 2007 to 2013.

You could get either a cash payment or a certificate good toward the purchase of a Genetic Testing Kit from the 23andMe website.
