Accused McDonald's shooter indicted on attempted murder, other charges

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A McDonald's employee accused of shooting two of his co-workers has been indicted by a grand jury.

Zachary Allart is accused of going to the Beechmont Avenue restaurant and shooting his ex-girlfriend in the head and a restaurant manager in her back.

Allart was indicted Thursday on two counts of attempted murder, four counts of felonious assault, and one count of having weapons while under disability.
