Police: Gunshot victim found at Sharonville hotel says she was shot on highway in Cincinnati

SHARONVILLE, OH (FOX19) - Police in Sharonville and Cincinnati confirmed they are investigating after a gunshot victim showed up at a Sharonville hotel overnight and and she was shot on the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway.

An ambulance took the 57-year-old woman to Bethesda North Hospital shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday, Sharonville police.

She suffered a gunshot wound to her hand and has non-life threatening injuries, they said.

She told investigators she was shot on the Cross County Highway near Interstate 75 in Hartwell and then drove to the Baymont Inn and Suites Cincinnati off Crowne Pointe Drive near I-75 in Sharonvillle, according to Cincinnati police.

Hotel operators said the woman is not a guest and arrived at the back door asking for help.
