CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - At least seven Tri-State police departments are looking for Charles Bradley Chandler Jr., who they say is responsible for several thefts.
Chandler, Jr. has warrants in both Hamilton and Clermont County and he may soon have a warrant in Campbell County, Ky. Police have released a new video they believe shows him targeting a female filling up at a Wilder gas station.
Officials across the Tri-State are looking for the man who can be seen on the video opening car doors and stealing their belongings while they are paying at the pump.
In late January, Sharonville police took a report from Skyler Wilson. The college student tells FOX19 it all happened in about 30 seconds -- she had just started to put her information in.
"He got back in his car, drove around and then got in my driver's side door and then he pulled my bag from my passenger seat," Wilson said.
Wilson said she's working to replace everything that was taken with her bag and she hopes Chandler, Jr. is caught soon.
"It frustrates me just because he wanted something quick and he pulled one bag that had my life in it," she said. "It had my laptop in it and everything. He didn't get what he wanted but he got just about everything that I needed."
