12 oz. pasteurized crabmeat

1/8 cup mayonnaise

1/8 cup minced shallots

1/8 cup minced celery

¼ tsp. chopped garlic

¾ tblsp. Dijon mustard

1/8 cup mixed egg

½ tsp. kosher salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

¼ cup fresh bread crumbs

 

Method
