Teen critically hurt in Walnut Hills double shooting

MT. AUBURN, OH (FOX19) -

A teenager boy was critically hurt in a double shooting in Walnut Hills late Monday, Cincinnati police said.

Officers responded to the 2200 block of Reading Road about 10 p.m., said Lt. Steve Saunders, police spokesman.

They found a 15-to-16-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest, police said. 

He was taken to Children's Hospital Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

A man shot in the hand and groin was taken with non-life threatening injuries to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, police said.

No suspect information was released.
