CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man police say was involved in a SWAT situation in North College Hill late Tuesday night faced charges in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday.

Richard Hornbach was charged with inducing panic, having weapons under disability, and discharging of a fire arm.

The situation happened on Galbraith Road at Clovernook Avenue. Police cruisers were at the scene for most of the evening Tuesday, prompting road closures.

Hornbach was taken into custody around 11:30 p.m.

Police have not said what lead to the SWAT situation, if anyone else will be charged, or if anyone else was involved.
