Joyce's Sweet Chicken

Recipe from Joyce Mitchell of Ala.

1lb chicken-any parts
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)
1 bottle of Apricot preserves (sm)

Season chicken with pepper and season salt. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and pour over cooked rice.
