Cilantro Lime Pasta Salad

Cool and refreshing. Serve with all your Mexican food favorites for a summer fiesta.

Prep time 15 minutes, Serves 4

4 cups cooked Wild Oats pasta, rinsed

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup Wild Oats Organic Frozen Peas, thawed

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1 sliced jalapeño, for garnish

1/2 cup Annie's cilantro lime salad dressing

Cook and drain pasta according to instructions on package. Rinse with cold water. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill several hours before serving to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature or chilled with sliced jalapeños as garnish.
