A-ha Hot Crab Dip

aha! Hot Crab Dip

3 Tablespoons aha! Hot Pepper Paste OR aha! Mild Pepper Paste (add more/less pepper paste for desired heat preference)

8 oz. crab meat

8 oz cream cheese (if you do not have a food processor, use the whipped cream cheese)

1 cup sour cream

Juice from ½ of lemon

4 green onion tops, chopped

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup grated parmesean cheese

Blend together aha! Pepper Paste, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice. Fold in crab meat, green onions, artichoke hearts and cheese. Place in an oven proof dish. Put in a pre-heated 375 degree oven. Heat until cheese is melted thru, about 10-15 minutes. You can also heat in a microwave, stirring every two minutes until heated thru. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted French bread slices. You can also hollow out a bread loaf and cook inside the loaf. Use the extra pieces of bread for dipping.
