aha! Ten Minute Chicken

4 pieces of skinless boneless chicken breast or skinless boneless thighs

2 Tablespoons aha! Mild Pepper Paste OR aha! Spicy Pepper Paste

½ cup teriyaki sauce

½ Tablespoon olive oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all liquid ingredients in a re-sealable plastic bag or bowl. Marinate chicken five minutes. (The longer you marinate the chicken, stronger the flavors of the marinade will be). Remove chicken and brown in hot non stick skillet or on top of the barbeque grill. Cooking should only take a few minutes since the chicken is not very thick. Grill both sides about 3 minutes each or until chicken is browned and the juices run clear.

Serving Tips:

1. If tasted straight out of the jar, the aha! Pepper Pastes are intense with heat. During the cooking process, the heat of the pepper dissipates leaving you with a rich and delicious flavor. But if you want the heat, just add more aha!

2. For another serving option, cut the chicken into cubes and place on skewers (or even toothpicks) adding red onion and bell peppers cut into 1-inch square pieces. Or add favorite vegetable combination.

3. Purchase the skinless, boneless chicken tenders, weave the chicken on skewers or toothpicks and present like a ribbon of chicken.

4. If you don't have teriyaki sauce, use 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce, rice vinegar, white wine, sherry, or chicken broth instead.
