Green Beans with Bacon Mustard Vinaigrette
2 lbs. fresh green beans
4 HoneyBaked bacon slices (or turkey bacon)
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbs. sliced almonds
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. Josie's Classic Creations* Dijon Mustard ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Cook green beans in boiling water until semi-crisp, about 5- 8 minutes.
Cook bacon in small skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet, crumble and set aside. Sauté onion in cooking spray, about 5 minutes. Add almonds and sauté one minute. Remove from heat and add brown sugar, Josie's Dijon Mustard and vinegar. Stir well until sugar dissolves. Add crumbled bacon and set aside until ready to serve.
