1 Pie shell (homemade preferably) 6-8 Roma Tomatoes cut into ½ inch chunks 2 Leaves fresh basil cut chiffonade style 1 green onion cut into ¼ inch slices 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup Hellman s Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Place pie shell in 9 inch pie pan and trim edges. Bake @ 400 degrees until golden brown. Fill shell with tomatoes. Top with basil and green onion. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and stir together. Spread mixture over pie and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
