Super Crab Cakes

(Serves 4)



2 egg whites, lightly beaten

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

½ cup fresh bread crumbs

1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat, drained


Combine egg whites, mayo, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and dry mustard.

Stir in bread crumbs

Add crabmeat

Shape into patties 3” in diameter

Place on parchment lined baking sheet & chill for 45min.

Coat a non stick skillet with a little olive oil

Place over medium high heat until oil shimmers

Cook for 4min. on each side or until browned.


Serve with a dill or remoulade sauce.
