(FRANKFORT, Ky.) -- Governor Ernie Fletcher will deliver his third State of the Commonwealth Address tonight -- a speech that could set the tone for this year's General Assembly.
Fletcher says he's saving some key details of his legislative agenda for the speech tonight at 7 p.m.
He says he'll also talk about some of his successes so far.
The governor will be addressing both chambers of the General Assembly at the capital. Fletcher said Friday he wants to promote cooperation between Democrat and Republican lawmakers.
State Senator Julian Carroll -- a former Kentucky governor -- says he wants to hear Fletcher talk about education funding, health care and expanded gambling.
