According to police, the suspect demanded money from the women and then tied them up and assaulted them.  He then put the two in a basement closet before fleeing

The description of the suspect is listed as:

  • 5' 8" to 5' 10" with a sturdy or stocky build
  • Bright blue eyes and his right eye might be "lazy"
  • Brown hair and silver rimmed circular glasses
  • Facial stubble
  • Charcoal waist zip up jacket
  • Stonewash blue jeans
  • Possibly wearing a gold wedding band
  • Suspect is said to have a significant bite mark on his left hand near his wrist

The man was last seen leaving on foot from the model home in the Greycliff Landing development off of State Route 122.
