Thanks for the weight loss program!

Thanks for this weight loss program. Promoting individuals to lose weight!

I have always been skinny until I had my children in my late 30's and now find it hard to lose weight without drugs . I never had a problem and probably need to lose 15 lbs.

Thank-you for inspiring me on your story and I will continually watch your wight story. I probably can relate to the weatherman (Rich) because I love food and eat it for emotional and social reasons.

I'll start by only having one diet coke a day and start drinking water!

Also, count my calories however would like to know the carbohydrates not to eat as well as the snacks and food to eat to get to 1500 calories because I eat around 3000 calories!
