Father Indicted For Killing Son

A Covington man accused of killing his infant son is being held on a $100,000 dollar bond today.

Police say that 32-year-old John Proffit killed six-month-old Ethan in their 17th Street home.  Proffit appeared in Judge Frank Trustee's courtroom via a closed circuit television monitor. 

Proffit will appear again in court on March 7th.
