1-lb ground beef
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp Dale's steak sauce
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 can English peas
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown beef, Dale's steak sauce and onion in skillet. Salt & Pepper to taste. Layer into bottom of casserole dish. Cover with English peas and mashed potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Place in over for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
