Man Who Killed Teen Neighbor Held On $2 Million Bond

The man who killed his 15 year old neighbor for walked on his lawn was in court this morning.

Charles Martin appeared before a judge and, through his public defender, asked for a reasonable bond that he could post.  The judge responded by holding him on a two million dollar bond.

On Sunday afternoon, Martin called 911 and told the dispatch that he shot and killed his neighbor, 15 year old Larry Mugrage with a .410 shotgun.

Martin then unloaded his shotgun and told the dispatch officer that he would wait outside of his home for police.

He continues to be held in the Clermont County jail.
