Drunken Cod

4 Cod Fish Fillets

1/2 lemon, juice of

2Tblspoons flour

2 ounces butter

2 bell peppers, deseeded and cut into rings (red, green, yellow)

2 ounces of cooked lean bacon, finely chopped

8 ounces mild brie cheese, cut into small pieces

1 1/3 cups of Chateau white wine

2 ounces grated parmesan cheese

1 Tblspoon fresh ground garlic

preheat skillet with olive oil

saute peppers,  and garlic then set aside in dish

sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt and flour them

Melt butter in pan , fry the fish until golden brown

top with the peppers, bacon and brie

pour wine over, and cover till fish is flaky, then when done top with parmesan cheese
