Jack Has a Great Exercise for You!

I lost three more pounds this past week -- 57 in all -- and one reason is a new exercise.

Jim Nichols, a trainer at Club Champions in Landen, taught me something so simple, you can do it at your desk, in your car -- anywhere! Just pull in your stomach muscles, as far as you can, and hold that position for a full minute. Then rest a minute and repeat the exercise.

You can do this as often as you like -- just remember to keep breathing! Jim says holding those muscles taut a dozen times a day will flatten your abs incredibly fast, and I've already seen results.
