Head of fresh broccoli
1 small red onion
1 cup of raisins
1 small bag of sunflower seeds out of the shell
1 Tbs. ground garlic powder-to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cut the broccoli into florets. Wash, drain and put in bowl. Finely chop the onion and add to it.
Add raisins and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle garlic powder over mixture. Add mayo and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
