A high school teacher has been indicted on charges that he had sex with a student and tried with another.
The indictments were handed down earlier today against Jason Miller of Woodsong Drive in Cincinnati. The Colerain High School teacher was placed on administrative leave when the school system learned of the investigations on April 26th. Miller had been a substitute teacher with the school the year before.
A release from the Northwest Local School District says that Miller did not have a contract for next year.
Miller was indicted on four counts of sexual battery and one count of attempted sexual battery. Miller was alleged to have sex with one student and attempted to have sex with another. A spokesperson from Prosecutor Joe Deters office says that Miller had attempted to have phone sex with four different students.
Miller is expected to be arrested this afternoon.
