A Bengals' wide receiver who has found his share of trouble in the off-season seemed to have found it again.
Rookie wide receiver Chris Henry was arrested in Clermont County on Saturday night on DUI charges.
This is Henry's third arrest in six months. Henry is also facing drug charges in Kentucky and a weapons charge in Florida.
Police say they clocked Henry at 82 in a 65 miles per hour zone. After police pulled him over they say they smelled alcohol on Henry and gave him a field sobriety test which he failed. The West Virginia college product was then driven to the police station where, police say, he registered a .092 on a breathalyzer test. The legal limit in Ohio is .08.
Henry was released later Saturday night and is expected to appear in a Clermont County Courtroom on Friday for the DUI charges.
