Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Campbell's Beef Broth Bouillon Double Strength
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a round casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes and stir. Bake another 30 minutes and enjoy! You can also cut up an onion and put it in. If you are having a crowd, double or triple the recipe!
