FBI Says Fugitive May Be In Tri-State

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for help in trying to catch a fugitive that may be in the area.

According to the FBI, Warren Lee Back robbed a West Chester bank in October 28th of last year.  Officials say that Back then fired on police during the ensuing police chase.  Back and two accomplices were arrested later and all posted bond after their arraignment. 

Federal warrants for Back and the accomplices were issued in November for an armed bank robbery.  Authorities could not find Back to serve the warrant and agents say that he has been a fugitive since.  The FBI says that might have been involved in eight additional bank robberies before his October arrest and think that he is responsible for three robberies this year.  In May, authorities say that Back robbed a bank in Indianapolis and in June, Back robbed
