Two people were badly burned Thursday night after an explosion in a West Chester restaurant.
Investigators say the owner of "Steak Thyme" and his son have second degree burns over 80 to 90 percent of their bodies. A third person was also injured.
ATF is on the scene, and fire investigators hope to know more today about whether the explosion was an accident or deliberately set.
Since May, the business has been the target of vandals four different times. The explosion was so powerful that investigators are concerned that one wall could crumble.
The ATF will be on the scene with local agents later today.
