The man convicted of 24 DUI's in the last 20 years has had his licence revoked for life.
But apparently that is not stopping Curtis Sears from getting behind the wheel. A police officer pulled over and charged him with speeding and driving on a suspended license. Police told Sears to show up for his court date, scheduled for yesterday, and that apparently didn't convince him to show up for his hearing.
So now the judge has issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
Sears previously claimed that his time in prison "cured" him and that he was no longer a menace to society.
The judge says he will set a 150-thousand dollar bond once police catch up with him.
