Police Investigating Suspicious Discovery And Death Of Man In Western Hills

Cincinnati Police officers are investigating the discovery of a man found in a stand of trees in the Western Hills area. 

Police say that the man, who remains unidentified, was found around the 2300 block of Ferguson and was barely breathing when they found him.  He later died as he was being transported to the hospital. 

Police are investigating at this hour and are ruling the man's death suspicious.  Initially, reports came into the FOX19 newsroom that a person was trying to steal an air conditioner at a building on Ferguson Road had been electrocuted. 

The body has been transported to the Hamilton County Coroner for examination.
