The Clifton home at the center of a recent eminent domain battle has been torn down.
You might remember 80-year-old Emma Dimasi's fight to keep the city of Cincinnati from taking the house she had lived in for over 50-years.
But a State Appeals Court ruled the city's seizure is legal under eminent domain.
The city said the home was in the way of the Dixmyth Avenue expansion project. Dimasi's son Vincent said that the city was taking it so that Good Samaritan Hospital could expand.
