Nathan Noy is currently an Independent write-in candidate for Representative to Congress for the Ohio Second Congressional District. Nathan's most recent professional position was the Director of Government and Legal Services for the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA.)
Nathan's duties for the Association include contract and legal document review for members. Nathan also served as a staff liaison for numerous IWLA councils and committees including: Council of Chemical Logistics Providers (CCLP); Rail Council; Government Affairs Steering Committee; and the IWLA/OSHA Alliance group. Nathan worked closely with many state and federal government agencies including: DOL, DHS, TSA as well as members of the US House and Senate.
Prior to Nathan's tenure at IWLA he worked with well-known industry consultant Ken Ackerman and the KBA Company. Nathan played an integral role in assisting Ken with his two most recent books on the subject of warehousing. Nathan's other experiences include serving as a procurement manager and assisting in the establishment of a program management office for the State of Ohio SchoolNet agency.
Nathan also worked as a Senior Consultant for three years gaining exposure to numerous industries including banking, oil field services, and state government. Additionally Nathan represented indigent defendants while working with the Toledo Legal Aid Society.
Nathan's educational background is as diverse as his experiences as he holds an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University; a JD from the University of Toledo College of Law, and a BA in Economics from the College of Wooster.
