The trial of a woman accused of killing her husband could end today.
Amy Bosley, who is accused of killing her husband Bob Bosley in May of 2005 might plead guilty.
A hearing is scheduled for Bosley this afternoon in Campbell County Circuit Court . Prosecutors confirmed that the hearing will be vital to the trial.
In the last hearing Campbell County Judge Fred Stine ruled that the children were competent to testify as witnesses in her murder trial that is scheduled for October.
Police say the children were in the home at the time Bob was killed.
