Serves 4-6/2 servings each.
Ingredients
- 1 bag nacho chips (more chips make a more crunchy dish)
- 1 bag Mexican blend cheese
- 1 bag cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 2 cans chili
- 1 can red kidney beans
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook hamburger until nice and brown; drain excess grease
- Put layer of nachos in baking dish
- Cover with meat and cheese
- Add another layer of nachos topped with more meat and cheese
- Top with final layer of nachos and cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes
Serves 4 to 6
