Yesterday, Cincinnati Bengals wide reciever Chris Henry caught passes helping the Bengals to a shut-out victory over the Cleveland Browns.
Today Henry is in court, dealing with charges that have been following him since April.
Henry and his lawyers will be in court for a hearing stemming from charges that he gave underage girls alcohol in a Covington Hotel.
Henry's trail is set for December 19th.
