Driver From Fatal I-75 Crash Identified

(CINCINNATI) -- Cincinnati Police have identified the victim of a fatal traffic crash that occured in the Southbound lanes of I-75 last night.

Benjamin Fleming, 21, of Westwood, was traveling southbound in Interstate 75 at a high rate of speed say police, when he lost control of his 2000 Plymouth Breeze.  The vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a light pole.

He was not wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol was not a factor.

The accident occured at the 4.0 mile near the Hopple Street exit around 8:45P-M.

Police continue to investigate the accident.
