A Clermont County judge has allowed the murder trial of David Carroll to be delayed.
This means that the trial for the man accused of killing his three year old foster son will not begin until March 19th.
Carroll's trial was originally to begin on February 26th but his new lawyer, Cathy Adams, won her hearing to have the trial delayed. Adams replaces two court appointed lawyers who had requested to be removed from the case but were denied that request.
David Carroll and his wife Liz are on trial for allegedly killing their three year old foster son Marcus Fiesel in August and reporting to police that he was missing.
Liz Carroll's murder trial begins on Monday.
