Lifeway For Youth Changing Course In Ohio

The agency that placed three year old Marcus Fiesel with Liz and David Carroll may be reconsidering their future.

An email sent out by Lifeway For Youth said that they are planning to appeal Ohio's decision to revoke its license.

After the three year old's death, the state launched a massive investigation into the foster child placement agency and found a long list of violations.

Lifeway's director originally said that they would not seek to appeal the state's decision to revoke Lifeway's license.
