Construction is expected to resume on a playground dedicated to three year old Marcus Fiesel.
One of the main points of the park is a memorial dedicated to the developmentally disabled boy who was allegedly killed at the hands of his foster parents Liz and David Carroll.
The Anderson Park district is consulting with a child psychologist and others about what might be an appropriate memorial in Marcus' honor. The playground will center around children with physical and mental disabilities.
Liz Carroll was found guilty of murder and other charges last week. Her husband David Carroll is expected to plead guilty on Tuesday morning.
Roughly 70-thousand of the 400-thosand dollar price tag came in a campaign aimed at recognizing Marcus.
