Man Convicted Of Stalking, Domestic Violence To Be Tracked With GPS

A Hamilton man's every move will be monitored with GPS after being convicted of several charges.

Daniel Durbin, 34, will wear a GPS monitoring device after he serves a 39 day sentence after he was found guilty of a felony charge of Menacing by stalking, Domestic violence and violation of a protection order.

Prosecutors say that Durbin continued to harrass a woman after a three and a half year relationship ended.  Durbin was said to leave flowers and attempted to call her on several occasions to both her work and home phone.

Prosecutors also say that Durbin went so far as to confront the victim in her home and continued to contact her after a protection order was issued.
