The key witness in the murder case against Liz Carroll is scheduled to go before a judge as she tries to regain custody of her children.
Amy Baker is scheduled to be in Clermont County Court asking the judge for her three children who have been in foster care since the state took them away after the death of Marcus Fiesel.
Baker lived with Liz and David Carroll in their home in Clermont County and she said that the Carrolls are responsible for the death of a three year old placed in their care. The Carrolls say that it was Baker.
Baker's estranged husband is also asking the judge for custody of the children.
A hearing to decide whether or not the media will be allowed in the courtroom will be held immediately before.
