A man accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill a former employee and his family is in court to try to have his bail reduced.
Jeffrey Gabbour is asking the judge to reduce the 2.5 million dollar bond that he is currently being held on.
Gabbour was indicted after investigators say that he paid a friend of his a $450 down payment to hire someone to kill the former employee who worked at Gabbour's Blue Ash flooring business.
Gabbour is also accused of paying another $300 to purchase a gun.
